Riders are the most visible part of food delivery and too often the worst treated — squeezed on pay, penalised for traffic they can't control, left guessing how earnings are calculated. We built the rider side of Happy Paaji to be the opposite.
Morning: a clear start
A shift begins with a simple, honest view of the day — no surge gimmicks designed to lure riders out and then vanish. You see the delivery fee before you accept, and the distance is measured the real way, not rounded down to shrink your payout.
On the road
Orders come from nearby kitchens, so trips stay short and batched sensibly. When a restaurant runs late, that's on the restaurant — riders aren't docked for a kitchen's delay. A few things we hold to:
- Transparent per-delivery pay, shown up front.
- Weekly payouts you can actually predict.
- Real human support when something goes wrong — not a dead-end chatbot.
Why it matters
Zero commission keeps restaurants healthy, and healthy restaurants mean steady orders for riders. When the whole chain is fair, everyone keeps moving.
