When you submit a partner enquiry, rider application, or contact message, we collect the details you provide — your name, mobile number, and optionally your email, city, business name, and message.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to onboard your restaurant or rider account. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies needed to serve pages. We do not run advertising trackers.

Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your HappyPaaji account and personal data at any time, without installing the app. Visit Delete your account, verify your mobile number, and we'll close the account after a 30-day window in which you can still change your mind.

Everything that identifies you is erased. A limited set of financial records — orders, invoices, payments and settlement statements — is retained for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires, with your identity removed from it. The deletion page lists exactly what goes and what stays.
